Resting in the sunshine days
•where we cast no shadow
•wondering in the moonlight,
• full and laughing down
•upon the jesters of this world


•summer comes with a vengeance
•but the nights do sooth
•a tortured soul
•walking along the lonely shore

•what do you feel when the moon shines
•The reflection of the heartless sun
•the cool rays of the hotness of day
•or does it fill your heart with peace?

•What is it that the soul requires
•hands out
•head back
•feet apart
•in the noon day sun

•what is it that the spirit requires
•to be bathed
•and baptized
•in the flood of the
•moon

what is it that i wish
a smile
in the glistening pale light
a kiss under the blanket of night
a touch
in the warm summer day
